Why i2M?
Idea to Market (i2M) is a short-term program designed for assisting those startups who wish to go through the process of going from idea to market through validation.
Often, wannabe entrepreneurs get a brainwave about a great business idea. However, many do not take it to the next level. An idea without action has no value. Even if some jump into business immediately from an idea, the chances of success are extremely low. Surveys show that one of the top 5 reasons for the failures of startups is the lack of market need for the product. One needs to validate the idea, assess the market before jumping into the business. i2M is the right program at this stage.
What do you get in the i2M Program?
Participants will be in a position to take a quick go-no-go decision on the idea by going through a structured process of discovery, value analysis, and validation of their idea.
Exposure to estimation tools and techniques for assessing immediately addressable market
At the end of i2M, participants will be able to assess the business opportunity in terms of TAM/SAM/SOM.
The Goal and the Objective
i2M is a hands-on training program for startup founders and aspiring entrepreneurs, to quickly learn the process of idea validation, need analysis, and opportunity assessment.
The goal: to validate the business idea, by training the participants on the process of idea to market (commercialization).
The objective: at the end of the program, the founder and his/her co-founders shall be able to take a go-no-go decision on their business idea by doing an Opportunity Assessment.
