Applied Business Management (ABM)
Why ABM?
Applied Business Management (ABM) Program is designed specifically for budding entrepreneurs and founders/Co-founders who either have an idea to start a business or have already set up a startup. The Approach here is hands-on, applying management principles and frameworks in real-life, to face business challenges.
Here are the highlights!!
First, the objective of this training program is to teach and train the participants on the management of the business – their startup. The program’s focus is on the immediate deliverable – a Business Plan!
The second, this course introduces management principles and tools that can be applied right away in your business.
Third and most important one is time. Time is essence; time is money. An MBA course takes 2 years. Very few entrepreneurs can afford the luxury of spending 2-years in campus before diving into business. ABM program is structured in such a way that the participants can complete it while they are on the business, within 3 months.
Participants also get consulting support for the Business Plan for an extended period of 1 month after the program.
The Goal and the Objective
ABM is a hands-on acceleration training program for startup founders and aspiring entrepreneurs, to kick-start and accelerate their startups.
The goal: to impart the management skills, by exposing the participants to the fundamentals of management and various frameworks that startups can start using in their business right away.
The objective: at the end of the program, each startup team (founder and his/her co-founders) shall prepare an investment-worthy Business Plan that includes the Go To Market Strategy (GTM) and Financial Plan.
