Surya Nanduri (Surya) is a management professional with around 30 years of cross-functional experience.

In his journey through the corporate world, he had worn several hats - engineer, analyst, manager, intrapreneur, entrepreneur, trainer, advisor, and had a good mix of failures and successes.

Having found the great need for encouraging, mentoring startups, he created this accelerator training program - Startup Business Management (SBM), bringing together his knowledge, expertise derived from a professional life that exposed him to businesses across the world in energy, finance, technology, healthcare, and life sciences, environment sectors and so on.

Vijay Dhavala (Vijay) is an Engineer-philosopher-manager with a holistic systems approach and team-output maximization capabilities.

Over three decades of working experience covering Projects, Manufacturing Operations, Business Development, and Consulting, and KPO Operations have helped him in having insights into a wide spectrum of businesses.

Having donned the roles of executor, entrepreneur as well as a consultant at various stages of his career, he strongly believes in the 'no-need-to reinvent-the-wheel' approach.
